Our home is within walking distance to Heinz Field, PNC Park, Carnegie Science Center, Stage AE, public transport, and the restaurants on Western Ave. You’ll love our place because of the coziness, high ceilings, and space to relax while traveling. Our home is great for friends, couples, business travel, and families. The space **AIR CONDITIONING UNITS ARE IN BOTH BEDROOMS AND THE LIVING ROOM DURING THE SUMMER BUT THERE IS NO CENTRAL AIR** Our home is a semi detached row home in the Manchester area of the North Shore of Pittsburgh. On the second floor is two bedrooms, one with a full size bed, one with a queen size bed and all the essentials you will need. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and large windows. There are 1 ½ baths, the downstairs bath is recently built. The kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils and essentials for cooking like oils, vinegars, and spices. You are welcome to everything available. We have a separate dining room and comfortable living room for you to enjoy. We have spent many hours renovating our home and hope you love it as much as we do. Our neighborhood is quiet and family oriented with plenty of street parking. Guest access Guests have full reign of the first and second floors of the home. We keep the attic and basement doors locked for our guests safety and to keep some personal items out of the way. Other things to note When it’s time to explore the rest of the city The Strip District, with lots of great restaurants, shops, and bars is a quick car ride away. The Heinz History Center is a great museum to visit before heading to Primanti's for a sandwich. Southside, Shadyside, Oakland, and Lawrenceville neighborhoods are all close by with lots to see and do. The Pittsburgh Zoo & PPG Aquarium and Phipps Conservatory & Botanical Gardens are great places to spend some time. Take the free light rail train (the T) from the North Shore (free between Allegheny Station to First Avenue stops) downtown for dinner, go to a Pens game, or check out Market Square. Public buses are also available in the neighborhood.
