Double room near center & universities

An attractive and comfortable double bedroom on the first floor with double windows facing the residential street. In the room there is a double bed, bedside table with reading lamp, a table and chair, a chest of drawers and wardrobe. There's net curtains and venetian blinds. There is a large shared bathroom with freestanding bath and separate shower. Shared kitchen and dining room is on the ground floor. Please read the whole listing before booking! The space Welcome to my home! I kindly ask that you read the whole listing before you book. You have a private double room to yourself. The rest of the house is shared, including the kitchen and bathroom. My bedroom, office and the front room are private. When you first arrive I need to show you around the house and there is a lodger's handbook in your room, it also contains loads of links, tips and information. The house is a classic Victorian semi-detached with hallway, two reception rooms and kitchen on the ground floor. There is also a yard to the rear accessible through the kitchen. On the first floor there is a large double bedroom (your rooom), a small back bedroom that I use as a home office and the shared bathroom. On the third floor is my private room. Guest access There is free on street parking. Taxis/Ubers in Liverpool are everywhere and comparatively cheap. The neighbourhood is quite central and very well connected to public transport. There are electric scooters available throughout the city, you have to sign up to use them, so visit the Voi website if you plan to use them during your stay. During your stay I love this city and am happy to help visitors enjoy as much as I can! However, I work full time (Monday - Friday from 10:00-18:00) so you will find a pack in your room to help you enjoy the city and your stay as much as possible! I expect you to go out and enjoy Liverpool and all it has to offer! Other things to note My house has narrow steep stairs and is therefore not suitable for everyone.
