Central heating throughout the house, off street parking and easy access to the house. The house layout: - Open plan living/dining and kitchen with hardwood floors, fabulous sun, access to deck and yard. - Separate family room with 65inch TV with access to yard and stunning views. - Master bedroom with harbour views while lying in bed. Underfloor heating throughout and ensuite with shower that has floor to ceiling harbour views. - 2nd Bedroom with queen bed and lovely afternoon sun. - 3rd Bedroom with King Single Bunk beds plus a pull out single bed (ie. 3 beds) direct access to front patio and great afternoon sun. - 4th Bedroom with King single. - Large family bathroom with shower and large bath. - Cupboard Laundry with Miele washer and dryer and elevated drying rack. - Kitchen is fully equipped with every utensil required, with wall oven, gas cook top, smeg dishwasher and large family sized fridge/freezer. - Cosy reading or game nook for the kids. - Lots of kids toys, games and books.
