For this reason, in order to avoid the payment by me of costly contractual penalties, I will happily accept all bookings that arrive from the portal as long as I have been authorised in advance by the tour operator, which normally responds swiftly to my request for authorisation. Therefore. before sending a booking request it is advisable to first send an information request to check the availability of the house, and then possibly proceed with the booking through the portal. -Only the costs of electricity consumption, double and/or single sets of bed linen and towels (two towels per person: face and shower), which we rent if requested, and the tourist tax and vat, but only if due, must still be added to the rental price published on the portal.
