Newly refurbished, private,spacious double room with luxury bedding & towels. Breakfast is served in your room where you can enjoy it in bed or at your private breakfast table. We are located in St Austell, near to historic Charlestown, Eden and The Lost Gardens Of Heligan as well as plenty of beaches. As we are so central it is a perfect bolthole to explore Cornwall and its many attractions. We offer free parking & WIFI with tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Dogs are welcome. During your stay As this is our home, I will always be on hand to help in any way you require, however the room is very private at at the front of our house, therefore you do not need to come through our house to get to your room.
