Nestled in Attuvampatty valley,our 460 sq.ft. guest house is located on a two-acre property, close to Mother Theresa University a 20-minute drive from the lake.Commands a good view of valley and a beautiful garden.Ideally suited for a relaxed holiday in the midst of nature We run a school for disadvantaged children from the nearby villages and offer free education.Your stay at the guesthouse will support their education The space The compound is located close to the main road and has access to public buses. The guest house has a small kitchen equipped with a gas stove and few basic utensils. So the guests can cook. Purchases will have to be made from town. We have a pet dog to offer security. During the day, it is indoors and after 7 pm, we let it out. If the guest is uncomfortable, we can let it out after 10 pm. Kodaikanal is situated 2000 m above sea level. The temperature can range between 6-20 degrees. Please be prepared for a cold to pleasant weather experience. Electricity supply can be erratic, at times. A gas heater is available for use at a small fee Guest access Guests are free to walk around the spacious garden, play indoor games such as badminton, carrom chess and scrabble. Yoga sessions can be arranged on request. There is also a play area for children after school hours and on weekends. Musical instruments are also available and guests can try their musical skills. Other things to note * Breakfast provided is not prepared. We provide fruit of the season, bread, butter, eggs, homemade jam, cereal, tea, coffee, milk * There is a small fridge for keeping eatables fresh * TV is provided; multi-channel services * Electricity supply can be erratic, at times * Hot water can be supplied in buckets during electricity supply failure
