Entire cottage with distant views

Small house in a quiet location on the Rhine in Oberwinter in the middle of a beautiful hiking landscape. The accommodation can accommodate two adults. In the bedroom there is a double bed (1.90 m x 2.00 m); if necessary, a bed for a child up to 8 years of age can be set up. There is a private car access to and a parking space at the property. The space Living room and bedroom 1 are heated with night storage ovens. There is a quick heater in the bathroom and an electrically heated laundry rack from October to March for quick-drying laundry pieces and towels. In bedroom 1 there is a double bed (1.90 m x 2.00 m). If necessary, a bed for a child aged up to 8 years can be set up there. Bedroom 2 is accessible with prior notice. Since there is no heating there, the warm air comes up a narrow spiral staircase from the living room and requires a preheating period. Not available during the winter months from November to February. Here, there is a bed measuring 1.40 m x 2.00 m. Due to the spiral staircase access, it is not recommended for children under 12 or older adults. The house includes several usable terrace areas: a seating area right next to the house entrance, another in the garden pavilion. A covered terrace by the house is well suited for drying clothes. Just around the corner is a children's playground and a football field, well suited also for badminton players. The outdoor area of the property is camera monitored.
