Guest access Access to the Apartments: Guests have full private access to the apartment for the duration of their stay. All communal areas (if applicable) such as corridors, entryways, and lifts are shared with other residents in the building. Important Notes: Access to building is via a secure smart lock and access to the apartment is via a physical key which can be found in a lockbox next to the apartments door (codes and instructions sent before arrival). For security reasons, only registered guests are permitted to enter the apartment or building.
