The guest room is very clean, cosy, has a comfortable king sized bed and smart TV. Adjacent to the guest bedroom is your bathroom and toilet. If the room shows as unavailable, please send me a message to double check! The space My place new, kept very clean, is in a new estate that is quiet and about 1.5km from the town centre. Guest access Guests are welcome to access the kitchen (including appliances), living room, laundry and al fresco area. During your stay As far as interaction goes, I'm happy to socialise or give you space - it's up to you. I am available to offer help during your stay, either by phone or in person.
