This accommodation in the heart of the Queyras Regional Park is located in the center of the village of Molines. it offers easy access to all sites (ski resort shuttle stop 50 m away) and shops: bakery, butcher and osteopathy office at the foot of the building, restaurant and tourist office 50 m away and finally convenience store 100 m away. Queyras is a beautiful wild and preserved region that is home to rich fauna and flora. The space The apartment consists of 2 levels: - on the 1st floor you will find a friendly balcony where you can enjoy the barbecue, a bathroom with toilet and shower and a kitchen open to the living room with a sofa bed. - on the 2nd level is the bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed, a 90 x 200 convertible armchair and a furnished balcony. equipment: Tassimo coffee maker, kettle, raclette machine, fondue machine, immersion blender, fridge, oven, microwave, TV. Free Wi-Fi you have the municipal parking lot which is at the back of the tourist office building 20 m from the accommodation. parking is also available on Place du Temple, 50 m from the apartment. Other things to note • Linens and towels are provided free of charge for stays of 3 nights or more. • For shorter stays they will be offered for rent: - €10/bed for linens - €5/person for towels The bed in the bedroom is a 160 x 200 and the duvet is 220 x 240. for the sofa bed: 140 x 190 and the duvet 220 x 240. beds are made before your arrival. Please let me know 2 days in advance if guests want separate beds so I can provide enough linens. Cleaning fees are not included, you have 2 options: -clean the house yourself and in this case no extra cost. - leave without worrying about anything and we'll take care of the cleaning for an extra cost of €70.
