Pets welcome. Your bedrooms do have their own locks on them which you control. I don't know why the listing says no locks on the door. The space This is a 2 bedroom listing. One bedroom, most likely a King bedroom, has a full, private bathroom. The second bedroom is very pretty, but does not offer a 2nd private bathroom. It does have access to a shared half bath on the first floor for quick pit stops. These 2 bedrooms will not be connected. If you want 2 connected bedrooms, please see our 2 Bedroom Suite. (Also note: if the King bedroom is already taken, then your primary bedroom will be a beautiful Queen, still with a full, private bathroom and shower.) You have shared access to the rest of our entire 4000 sf home except for the other 4 bedrooms/guest rooms.  Need more space?  Just ask!   Our home is a huge home that includes a hot tub, solar heated pool and a couple massage chairs, a large kitchen, family Room,  living Room, another game Room/sitting/tv watching bonus Room and more.  It's kind of like a Mini resort.  Nearby is the Family Friendly Flagler Beach.   St. Augustine is  just 30 Miles up the road.  And of course Daytona Beach is also right up the road, 27. 9 miles from our home. We are the perfect spot in between the two cities. You'll find a lot to do in Palm Coast, Flagler, Daytona Beach and St. Augustine. If you like our place, reserve it quick.  If you delay and our 4  bedrooms with private baths get booked, or if the bedroom without a bathroom gets booked, then this listing will be blocked. So if you need a week and you see that this space is available for that entire week, then you will need to lock it in quick.   After a Fun filled day, at the beach, or visiting St. Augustine, or Daytona Beach, come back, Relax and Hangout in our very Quiet Neighborhood. You will find everything you need to relax, from our hot tub, pool, 2 amazing Massage chairs,  firepit and comfortable beds.  We do provide breakfast fixin's such as oatmeal, waffles, pancakes, hot and cold cereals. Things like that. Bring your own bacon or sausage! If headed to the Orlando area, ask us about discounts.Please note that our home and property is non smoking. Feel free to take a walk in our very safe neighborhood for a walk or on the blacktop walkway which the city of Palm Coast has very generously provided.  Your primary bedroom will be two of the following four rooms: The King bedroom with King bed and private bath can also fit a single air mattress.   Our pool room on the second floor also features a queen canopy bed and a single air mattress can fit on the floor. Our queen room on the first floor can fit a queen air mattress to sleep 4. Our New King Room has a king bed and is connected to the Pool Room as a "Jack-n-Jill" except that the New King room also has its own bathroom.  This is the ideal two bedroom combination. If this is available, we recommend this instead of the 2br/1ba listing. Just ask! In a common area on the second floor, we also have a queen pull out couch with a new Mattress along with a  TV and a huge beanbag chair.   Netflix, YouTube, etc. The kitchen is available for cooking.  Our home  and property is non-smoking. If you are a smoker, please feel free to take a walk in our very safe neighborhood or on the great walking path that is black topped. We live here so we are often available to help facilitate a GREAT STAY! Guest access You have shared access to the rest of our entire 4000 sf home except for the other bedrooms/guest rooms.  You will enjoy our screened in Lanai, heated pool, hot tub,  fire pit, outdoor grill, massage chairs, family Room, living Room, fully equipped kitchen, another open tv room area,  multiple large screen TV's and more. In other words, you have access to everything in our 6 bedroom home except for our 4 additional private  bedrooms/guest rooms.   IMPORTANT: We do live here and work out of our home so do not expect to walk into a "homes and garden, never been touched, looks like it's never been lived in" home. Do expect to have a wonderful, relaxing and very enjoyable time where you will feel welcomed and right at home. You CAN though expect your 2 private airbnb bedrooms to be clean as a whistle and to look as pretty as their picture. They are special! LOL. And the rest of the house to be clean as well... just not "hospital" or "hotel" perfect throughout. We LIVE here. We work hard to have a five star rating from everyone. (Not compared to the Hilton or Hyatt - But based on how we are describing our home.) If your group is going to be here for a few days you can even use our large capacity washer and dryer for a full laundry load. (Please do not use the washer and dryer for just 1 or 2 items. Please combine items for a full load.)   Leaving a tip when you depart is welcome if you have used the laundry facilities or if you have used quite a bit of food staples for cooking any lunches and/or dinners. We do not expect you to buy ketchup and mustard and salt and pepper and all that type of stuff. Ours is available to use.. but if something runs out and you're at the store you can certainly pick up some more! We want your group to be thrilled that you chose this as your "place to stay, low cost, high value solution" for your family reunion, friends get-together or for your family traveling together.  Pets welcome. (The system will have a pet fee to cover the first two days. Then $5 per pet per day starting day 3. Paid seperately after booking.) During your stay We are normally here. We often end up getting to know our guests when we are here as we all share the same kitchen and pool area etcetera.  You can also easily communicate with us through the Airbnb chat. Guests also have lots of space and can pretty much be as private as they would like, if desired.   Sometimes we are just busy about our day, perhaps working in our bedroom/office and our guests don't see us for hours. Other times we are not home. We just live our lives as normal.  It is nice for our guests when we are here as there are a lot of moving parts with a six bedroom, 4000 SF home with pool and hot tub and a LOT of televisions and a wii game and on and on... so it is nice to have someone handy to help instead of having to spend a lot of time figuring things out in an unfamiliar space. When not here, you can catch us easy via airbnb chat or text/phone. Other things to note Please remember our few rules requesting no thongs for the gals, no "speedos" for the guys, drinking in moderation only, (in other words not getting  slammed drunk)  and no  smoking on property.   We have a wonderful safe neighborhood and/or walking path to enjoy for smoke breaks. Please review the check in instructions.. (Or we normally send good check in instructions via the messaging system before your arrival time) for door codes, bedroom location and parking instructions. We do have parking for 10 vehicles.  That is 5 double lanes so there should not ever be any reason for any of our airBNB guests to be blocked in. On parking, We have a 6 car and four car driveway. Please take note to only utilize one lane. We do not quite understand this, but many times people seem to feel compelled to straddle two double lanes, taking up a total of four parking spaces for one vehicle. Human nature? hmm.. Another thing that people do is that they will pull into one of the lanes properly... but they immediately stop at the beginning of the 2 car lane. I think that they are concerned that someone will park behind them. Please go ahead and pull on up into the driveway. No one will park behind you.... But we might get a pizza delivery... Or something like that... And that space behind your car might be very valuable for that few minutes. We live here but when we are not home you can contact us easily on our cellphones at  or through the air BNB app. Remember that we live here and have a total of five bedrooms available for guests. Please do not have the expectation that our home and shared areas will be meticulous. We do not vacuum all of the carpets and the stairs every day. Your bedroom will be wonderfully fresh and clean. In the king bedroom that you will probably have in this 2 bedroom combo: As of april of 2023, the carpet has some stains that we cannot get out. They are "clean stains." We have purchased flooring and we are waiting for our handyman to get that installed. We work hard to earn our five star reviews. They are extremely important in the airbnb system.
