This charming 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath with loft riverfront private townhouse w/ large deck is conveniently located ITP (Inside The Perimeter), in the Battery/Cumberland 75/285 area. A calm, gated community, "River Refuge" is located minutes from great restaurants and shopping and less than 30 minutes to the airport. The beautiful Chattahoochee National Park and the award-winning Chattahoochee Coffee Company are a few minutes walk. Come for rest and recreation along the prettiest part of the river. The space Seeing is believing! A refuge on the river minutes from 285 and 75! This gem is great for those in Atlanta on business or for those seeking a calm place for relaxation and recreation. Guests have their own front door entrance and their own mailbox right on the front porch. Guest access Guests will have private access to the townhouse. The townhouse community is gated, so upon reservation, guests will receive directions to our community's gate. Then guests will search for the owers' names on the kiosk. Once inside, guests will be provided with a transponder for the community gate for easy exit and entry throughout the stay. Other things to note All of the amenities are included: water, electricity, cable TV (there are 2 TVs- one in the living room and one in the bedroom), and high speed wifi. The townhouse has a working fireplace and firewood, garbage drop-off a minute's walk away, grill, washer/dryer, coffee maker, hotwater kettle, fully equipped kitchen, 2 1/2 baths (both full baths are en-suite) , cantilevered balcony off the main bedroom, loft upstairs with room for a desk, and good sized deck with furniture and fire pit. The fabulous coffee shop next door sells wonderful coffee, quiche, danish, scones, and smoothies. It is open daily. Sit and enjoy the unspoiled views from the beautiful River Park. Use our canoe, kayak, stand-up paddle board, rafts and bikes! We request that our townhouse is cleaned at least monthly. We know wonderful housekeepers and charges $100-125. You are welcome to find your own housekeeping, too.
