A lovely base for exploring the UNESCO World Heritage site of Georgetown. The beautiful restored 19th century shophouse is a real pleasure for the eye. The space In this Heritage house, this gallery focuses on the intersection of modern art and ancient traditions. The painting by the owner make you can just sleep with ART. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets in the house. One sitting toilet at first floor and one squatting toilet at ground floor. And works well for a group of friends, couples, or families to accommodate groups of 8. Amenities & Service - free WIFI 300 mbps - air conditioner in bedrooms - wall fan in bedrooms - hair dryer in every bedroom - ceiling fan in dining and living rooms - free one car park in front of the house ( one day car park coupon will be provided) - towels and bed linens are provided - reading corner with art, architecture interior books - Kitchen with filtered drinking hot/ cold water, coffee machine, electric kettle, fridge, oven, cutlery, plates bowls and cups - slippers available for your comfort. - Cleaning 1 x per week or as agreed for long term rent. Guest access While you’re stay here, the house will be your private oasis. Other things to note Strictly no smoking in the house. Special rates are available for long term stay. This house has old plumbing and has a septic system. PLEASE do not flush anything other than toilet paper. ✳️Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful family memories in Nanyang’s Mansion.For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules 🚭Smoking not allowed indoors. 🗝Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house. 🚰Feel free to use the kitchen but PLEASE CLEAN up after yourself. 🧸No pets allowed inside. 🎭Please do not bring strangers into our home. 👟 No shoes within the house.
