Rocker is a 40m² Studio located on the 1st floor of an exclusive tourist accommodation building with 6 units in 3 floors (no lift) , with a garden shared by all. It as a double bed alongside a living room with kitchenette, bathroom and balcony with street view. These apartments are managed by Hotel Estoril Porto - right next door. The space BEDROOM - A bedroom with a double sized bed and comfortable linen. KITCHENETTE -A fully equipped kitchenette that comes with all the amenities you may require to prepare a delicious homecooked meal during your stay like mini fridge, oven, stove, microwave, kitchen appliances, etc. (note that we don't provide food amenities like: oil and salt) LIVING ROOM - A cozy sofa for 2 where you can sit after a long day of exploring the city and watch TV. BATHROOM - A bathroom with a shower. Towels, toilet paper and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience! *There is CCTV in the common areas of the building* Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment and all its amenities, including all furnishings and utensils. And a comun garden and terrace in the back off the building. Other things to note Initial cleaning services are included in your reservation. Extra cleaning and towels/linen changes can be arranged at extra cost (there's a price list at the apartment). There's special cleaning conditions for long stays- you will receive information after booking. Check-in is between 4pm and 11pm. Check-in outside these hours is not possible. In case of late arrival due to flight delay, a service fee of €50 will be charged. We have a luggage room for early arrivals. Registration Details 97805/AL
