Spacious, traditional cottage in a conservation area with character, style, modern comforts and south facing garden. Cambusbarron is a small village within the historic City of Stirling. 1 mile to the city centre. The space Our cottage is one of the oldest properties in the historic village of Cambusbarron, Stirling. The cottage is a self contained annex of our home. It has an entrance porch, entrance hall, two double bedrooms one with a king-size bed, the other with a double bed. There is a comfortable lounge and a separate spacious dining room. The fully equipped kitchen includes fridge, a freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. The bathroom includes a large walk in shower. There is also a south facing garden to the front of the cottage with a seating area. The cottage retains many original features but has been upgraded to modern standards. There is one off road parking space on our driveway for guests to use. A travel cot and bedding is available on request. Well behaved dogs are welcome, please let us know before booking if you wish to bring a dog. Check in is from 4pm, checkout is 10am. Guest access Guests have access to the entire cottage and the front garden. Other things to note Check in is from 4pm, check out is 10am. Our cottage is 37 Birkhill Road opposite W S Dunsire and Sons Joiners and Builders Ltd. For satnav don't use the postcode as it isn't accurate, please search on Google Maps for 37 Birkhill Road, Stirling. There is off-road parking on our driveway, one car space is available for guests. The entry is the first door you come to after you enter the garden, there is a number 37 sign in the window of the entry porch
