Breakers Apartments, is a stylish architect designed house set on 1 acre with a large garden, located 350 metres from the beach. It is divided into two private ground floor apartments the "Bar" (6 guests) and the "Studio" (5 guests). The only shared area is the garden. The space Breakers Bar is a 3 bedroom apartment that accommodates up to five guests. The Bar is spacious, modern and offers all the amenities necessary for an enjoyable family seaside holiday. The apartment is fully tiled and offers contemporary, architect designed finishes. "Breakers Bar", accommodates up to six guests. Guest access Guests have private use of their own downstairs apartment. The garden is shared. The property is located on a flat acre, offering ample space for ball games such as footy, soccer and cricket etc. Balls etc are available for guest use. Upstairs is our own private area which we do not rent out. Other things to note One night stays might be available, but please note, they incur a surcharge on top of the daily rate. Breakers are apartments, so we ask our guests to apply common sense and respect for other guests. After 10pm, please reduce noise. Linen and Cleans: We don’t automatically charge a service fee like most properties. The reason is that we offer guests ways to save extra costs and the option of Go-Greener adopted by hotel chains. (1) The linen (2 sheets/bed, top and bottom, towels and pillow cases) is not included in the rate. If you cannot bring your own, we can order them for an extra $15 per person per stay. (2) Cleaning- a departure cleaning fee of $45/hour fee can be added to your booking otherwise we ask you to leave the property as you find it. We provide cleaning items. The host will contact you to establish your linen needs. Please adhere to fire bans when in force.
