It is suitable for couples, business and long-term travelers. The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people. Arrive and feel good! The space Our apartment is on the 2nd floor of a very quiet 2-family house. It is very well maintained, bright, friendly and high-quality furnishings. The apartment has a large bedroom for 3 people, with two box spring beds 180 cm x 200 cm and 90 cm x 200 cm and two wardrobes, one of them with a mirror. It has a large open living room with a huge U-shaped sofa for cozy relaxation and an LED flat screen. There is also a counter with bar stools in the living room. From the living room, you can reach the approx. 10 sqm balcony, which is equipped with a seating area. There is an open kitchen in the apartment, with a cooking island, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer, a dishwasher and a seating area with a table. Also a coffee machine, toaster, kettle and everything you need in a kitchen is available. In the bathroom, a large shower with a rain shower and a cozy bathtub with entry handles are available for relaxing. The apartment is equipped with very bright furniture. It has been furnished by us with much love. Since the apartment has been furnished to be allergy-friendly and is therefore also a non-smoking apartment, smoking is only allowed on the large balcony. It's just an apartment where you feel very comfortable! The city center and Ruhraue are a few minutes' walk away. Locations are close. There are no parking problems!! Free parking for car, motorcycle or bicycle in the locked courtyard, available as a parking space. Guest access Our guests reach the access to the apartment through the staircase and have to climb stairs to get to the 1st floor. This apartment is the only apartment on this floor. There is another apartment on the ground floor and attic floor. There is no elevator in the house. Other things to note Our guests' vehicles may be parked free of charge in our courtyard. The courtyard is always locked. The courtyard entrance is camera monitored! Our guests receive a key to the courtyard gate for the duration of their stay. Bicycles and motorcycles may also be parked free of charge. Guests are allowed to use the courtyard during their stay. It offers a lot of space for many activities. Since our apartment is a non-smoking apartment, smoking is only allowed on the balcony of this apartment. A linen set consisting of bed linen, hand towel and bath towel are included per person in the apartment. A dish towel is also provided. If there is a need for additional linen sets, we charge a fee of € 3 for a hand towel and a bath towel, as well as for additional bed linen € 3.50 per bed, for another dish towel € 1. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, a built-in microwave, a built-in hot air oven, a built-in fridge-freezer and a cooking island with an electric stove (4-plate ceramic hob). A toaster, kettle, coffee and Senseo machine are also included. In the living room there is a large 40-inch LED TV and a small stereo system. The large U-shaped sofa invites you to cozy evenings. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi. In the bedroom there are two beds, a 180 cm x 200 cm double box spring bed and a 90 cm x 200 cm single box spring bed. There are also two sliding door cabinets, one with a mirror, in the bedroom. The bathroom has a bathtub with handles that make it easier to get in and out. The shower has a rain shower and a hand shower. A hairdryer is also provided in the bathroom. An ironing board and an iron, as well as a clothes rack with clothespins, are also available. Another little note: Unlike Airbnb, we do not provide oil for the kitchen for hygienic reasons. Two rolls of toilet paper are provided. We also provide a coffee filter size 4, some liquid soap, baking paper, dish soap and a paper towel for the first day of your stay. Salt and pepper shakers are also provided. For the occasion, there is a dish towel, dishcloth, dish sponge and dish brush only for a deposit of € 10. Hand towel, bath towel and shower mat are available for a deposit of € 20. These linen items are no longer automatically in the apartment. The deposit will be returned to you after proper and complete return of the laundry. You are also welcome to bring these linen items yourself.
