The cozy semi-detached house is on a hill with fantastic sea views. Directly in front of the house are 2 pools. It is only a 10-minute walk to the sandy beach. The house is perfect for 2 families with children. MAXIMUM 6 adults plus 2 children. Our house is a no smoking home. We ask you to respect this. Thank you so much. Consideration and respect for resting times is mandatory. Parties and guests are NOT allowed. The space Our small private house is located in the province of Tarragona on a hill in an exclusive residential complex (not a vacation complex!) with fantastic views of the sea. The complex includes 2 pools with spacious sunbathing areas (grass). On the first floor there is a living/dining room, kitchen and toilet. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. On the third floor there is another bedroom (with air conditioning) and bathroom. Perfect for 4 to max. 6 adults and children. A total of 8 people maximum. Several terraces and a small private garden are available to relax. Central heating, dishwasher and washing machine are available. Please use the towels exclusively for the bathroom and shower. Please bring your own towels for the beach and pool. Thank you very much for this. It's a 10-minute walk to the fine sandy beach. The bedroom on the top floor has air conditioning. The rest of the house has no air conditioning! Please note: our house is also used by us and our family and is not designed for commercial rental. We are happy to make our house available to interested parties during the time when we do not use it ourselves. We have normal amenities so please do not expect a luxury house but a cozy accommodation with private areas that invites you to relax, with 2 pools right outside the front door and a beautiful beach that can be reached on foot. Two of the bedrooms are small and have beds that are lower than standard beds. Please also note that as a result of climate change and the associated very dry summers, the municipality of Tarragona could impose restrictions on water consumption in the summer months. So far, Barcelona has been affected, but the district of Tarragona has not. Parties and inviting additional guests are prohibited. Compliance with quiet hours is mandatory. Please empty full trash cans into the public trash cans in front of the house. There is a pine tree in the house. It can lose resin. NO PARTIES, NO GUESTS, quiet hours must be kept! Guest access In the house, all rooms are available, as well as the terraces and the garden. The pools that belong to the complex may be used in compliance with the quiet hours. They are only heated by the sun and the ambient temperature. Please read the manual No guests, no parties, respect the quiet hours. Other things to note Due to legal changes (European adaptation), we require a copy of the identity card or passport containing the name and address of all guests. Ideally before arrival.
