The space Le Cerque is what we Italians call agriturismo, a farm stay where you can reawaken traditional habits, living closely with nature and eating healthy, locally-produced food, with the best comforts of modern life. The original farmhouse, which dates back to the 1600s, has been recently renovated highlighting the original oak beams and bricks. Owner Damiano Scalici decided to move here after a life of working internationally. His interests and worldwide experience are reflected in the home's warm decor: Afghan chairs, Congolese paintings and Turkmen carpets are tastefully placed around the spacious common areas, while his essential and clean style pervades the entire property. From the harvest of his fertile land, Damiano produces wine and extra virgin olive oil with natural methods. You can savour them during the evening aperitivo that Damiano offers by the pool side in summer, or by the fireplace in winter. The swimming pool, perched on a natural terrace on top of a hill, offers beautiful views and a chance to swim in the open air or relax while admiring the breathtaking landscape.
