Lovely original 1930s wooden beach chalet situated within a few minutes walk from the beach and in a lovely setting within the dunes on the Riviera Towans site. Traditional but tastefully decorated in beach hut style with some low ceilings.Three small bedrooms, double, twin and single child's room. Fully equipped kitchen and shower room, tv, wifi. French doors onto the dunes from the living room. Sea views from bedroom and living room. Patio to rear , picnic area, parking. Electricty £1 meter. The space Ridgecote is a traditional 1930s wooden chalet and is quite a rarity nowadays. Although rooms are small, it is a lovely property that has been cared for and updated since the 1930s. It is situated on the Riviera Towans site which is a wonderful setting in amongst the dunes. Ridgecote is in a particularly lovely position just a few minutes walk from the beach. There are other chalets around but it is tucked away and has sea views from the bedroom and living room. The living room has french doors opening onto the grass area outside where you can sit and picnic and to the rear of the property is a paved area with bbq facilities. Although made of wood it is well insulated and warms up quickly in the winter. The kitchen is small but well equipped with cooker microwave, washing machine. There is a wooden table with two benches for eating. Ridgecote is particularly suited to families or couples, rooms are small and the single room is only suitable as a child's room. Guest access Entire property. Guest have access to all rooms, they are free to wander around the site where there are childrens play areas, a shop and a pub with sea views. This will not impact your stay in any way as works are not allowed during the booking season.
