One walkthrough bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a private bedroom (queen bed) and bathroom upstairs. Sofa makes out into a queen bed in living room. Front porch! Washer and dryer in unit. We are directly across from a school/church so you’ll hear kids playing during the day! There are a dozen bars/restaurants within walking distance, also a small grocery store, a gym, historic cemeteries, coffee shops— you name it! One block from the Canal Streetcar that runs to and from the French Quarter 24 hours a day. Easy to and from beautiful City Park! Church parking lot across the street is locked on weekdays, so only park there for short stints on weekends only. There is usually street parking. If you have issues parking, just call us.
