The Waterfront Cottage is the perfect place to kick back and relax or an enjoyable romantic getaway by the water. Wake up to the breathtaking panoramic views of Port Stephens, and dine in the open sea breeze. Relax and let the day pass, listen to the birds, watch the dolphins, turtles, pelicans, seagulls and kangaroos, or enjoy one or two drink watching the amazing sunset from the balcony. The space The cottage is conveniently located, only a 2-hour drive from Sydney and just a short drive to all facilities. With less than 15 minutes drive to a fully stocked Coles, bottle shop, café, great restaurants, local seafood outlets, oyster bars and the local RSL Club. There is a service station about 5 minutes drive north for something quick, like bread and milk. The famous Anna Bay beach is an approximate 35 minutes drive with the very popular Anna bay beach, exciting activities like ride-on camel tours, sand dune surfing and 4WD tours. Love water sport? Bring your boat, jet ski and fishing gears. There are 2 well-facilitated boat ramps nearby, and the closer one is less than 10 minutes drive away. There are few great fishing spots around the area. Want something to keep the kids entertained? There are two small beaches only 100 meters away from the cottage, an excellent and safe place for kids to swim, play and fish. Moreover, the community tennis court, the basketball court, cricket ground/handball court and playground with slides are only a 15 minutes walk away. We do our best to make you feel at home and supply all fresh bedding linen, bath towels for each guest, plus essential pantry items at no extra cost. A professional housekeeper spends over 4 hours thoroughly cleaning the cottage after each guest stays, make the beds and reload fresh towels. The entire cottage is available for you and your family/guests to use. The cottage features ducted air conditioning and ceiling fan throughout. It is set up to cater to two families or one with children. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen bed and the third room equipped with a single bed and a bunk bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooktop, oven, grill, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, a dishwasher, pots and utilities. An outdoor BBQ with gas bottles are available for you to enjoy a fun Aussie family lunch. *** IMPORTANT NOTE *** The price quoted covers the complete term of your booking for the number of people on your original booking. Please let us know before arrival if your numbers change. Guest access The guests have access to the entire house, except the garage. it is used for storage. Other things to note Pets, smoking inside, bucks, hens, parties, functions, weddings, schoolies/teenagers, an excessive number of guests, poor behaviour, or late loud noise are not permitted under any circumstances at our properties.
