This one-of-a-kind property is one of our prized homes. Sleeping six, this lovely house boasts all the luxury to guarantee a relaxing and rejuvenating stay in Cornwall. With panoramic ocean views from every floor, this property is guaranteed to take your breath away. The space You arrive at the property and park in the allocated space outside the front door. Entry takes you into the ground floor games room with pool table. This area also leads to the utility room with washer/dryer machine and any cleaning equipment you may need during your stay. Your fur babies have not been forgotten and a special dog shower has been installed in the corner of the games room where they can be rinsed off after a fun day out at the beach. Access to the hallway is through the door to your left which leads to the ground floor bedroom with adjacent bathroom consisting of toilet, bath and extra large over head shower as well as the staircase to the 1st and 2nd floors. All bedrooms have fitted/built in wardrobes. Ascending the staircase you arrive on the spacious and airy first floor. There are two very large rooms on this floor. The first is the kitchen and dinning area. This kitchen boasts state of the art kitchen equipment and includes a large induction hob and oven, a microwave oven, undercounter fridge and freezer, wine cooler and dishwasher. The dinning area allows you to sit and look out across the sea over the Juliette balcony while enjoying your breakfast. The kitchen leads into the large open plan living room area. Also a wonderfully spacious room with stunning sea views and full balcony accessed through sliding doors. This is a space for all the family to enjoy together, reading a book from the large selection on offer in the bookcase or just relaxing and unwinding. There are large sofas, extra comfy chairs and a coffee table in the living area placed in such a way so that the sea view is not obstructed when watching the large 50-inch 4k smart flat screen television, which is equipped with super-fast WIFI for all your entertainment needs. The living room also has a sliding door which opens out onto a lovey terrace, with seating for six, a private barbeque area and a hot tub. On the top floor are two more bedrooms. The spacious, master bedroom with private balcony and large ensuite bathroom. Climb the LED lit stairs to the spacious bathtub that has a view of the sea from behind the bed. There is also a roomy shower, wash basin and toilet included in this bathroom. Adjacent to this is the final double room with private bathroom and Juliette balcony with sea views. PLEASE NOTE - THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT HAVE A LIFT - GUESTS NEED TO USE STAIRS TO ACCESS ALL FLOORS Guest access The guest have access to the whole house which includes roof terrace, balconies and private games room. Spa Facilities include - Steam room, Sauna, Tropical and Storm showers Available Monday to Saturday between 3pm and 8:00pm (Last hour slot is 7:00pm) Booking your time slot guarantees your private access for that time. Other things to note Dogs are allowed at £38 per dog per stay ( maximum 2 dogs) Lighting system - The hallways and landings are controlled by a PAR system ( Sensor) Guests can book our masseuse, who can offer them a range of massages during their stay. Guests can book into our new spa (Sauna and Steam Room) facilities, the spa is open for private bookings only, guests simply call the office to book in a time slot.
