On entering the villa guests are greeted by the breezy open plan living space. A well equipped kitchen is a pleasure to cook in and features gas cooktop and an essential expresso coffee machine! With high ceilings, the living space opens to the outdoors and secure courtyard garden. While dining alfresco, you don"t have to miss out on your summer sports, as the large flatscreen TV pivots so it can be viewed from the outdoor dining area! For your entertainment the villa provides guests with Foxtel TV, a playstation and complimentary wifi. Cavvanbah Beach Villa features 3 bedrooms. Upstairs is a spacious king bedroom and second bedroom featuring two king single beds. Each bedroom features en-suited bathrooms and private verandahs each with comfortable wicker chairs and ottomans perfect to relax and take in the gardens, read a book or nap to the sound of the sea. The third bedroom has a queen sized bed and is down stairs opposite the third bathroom/ laundry. Each bedroom is individually air conditioned for your comfort on hot balmy nights. Please note, for peak season reservations its best to send us a message first: We are closed on Christmas Day 25th December, Boxing Day 26th December, and New Years Day. Due to no cleaning staff available we can't take reservations arriving/ departing on these dates. If you are uncertain please send a message and we will let you know if we can take the booking. Free wifi Town is only a short 500 meter walk away. Other things to note We have a cute solar tourist light rail which runs along the beachfront. It is quiet so you really need to take care when crossing over the line and look left and right for the train. If you have little kids don't be alarmed the garden area is fenced!
