The house has been renovated with bio-building techniques that have added ventilated and thermally insulated roofs with natural cork to the structure of the imposing load-bearing walls. This has led to excellent thermal sealing results: the house resists the summer heat very well, even if the rooms are all air-conditioned. Ideal for those who cannot stand air conditioning. No less pleasant is the stay in the autumn-winter period, when, in the warmth of the very well-heated farmhouse and in front of the crackling flame of the imposing fireplace, you can devote yourself to reading, writing, painting, and any activity that requires recollection and concentration. And again, enjoy a good meal in the company of friends, at the table right in front of the fireplace, then drink a good wine lying on the comfortable and relaxing armchairs, perhaps while the "sounds" of rain and wind come from outside. Guest access The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests. It is equipped with car parking, TV, air conditioning, heating system, free Wi-Fi. The saltwater swimming pool (18 meters by 4.5), electronically controlled for pH and chlorine values, is closed during the winter period and is open from April 15 to September 30 (there are no additional costs, as Mrs. Antonella provides for its cleaning daily at 7:30 a.m. without causing any inconvenience). The entire estate is available to guests for walks and agricultural activities. The products of the estate – vegetables, eggs, poultry – can be requested from the caretaker and will be provided in the necessary time. Possibility of paid staff for kitchen service, use of wood-burning oven, extra cleaning, babysitting. There are no additional costs for the use of the barbecue. The access road to the estate from the village of Taurano, about 1 km, has a steepness of 8%.
