Welcome! Located in a residential area of Poitiers, you will be in the heart of a quiet and strategic location. It only takes about ten minutes to reach the Futuroscope, the city center of Poitiers and its exceptional heritage, the CHU or the campus. The house is a 110 m2, 3-bedroom, single-story house with garden. The accommodation is fully equipped, we can accommodate 7 people. You can park 2 cars in the driveway of the house. WiFi is free. The space You will find all the comforts you need to prepare good little dishes, relax as a couple or family. Our beds are prepared before your arrival. We provide you with: - The kitchen is fully equipped: a 4-burner induction hob, an oven, a microwave and a refrigerator, a toaster, a kettle, a Malongo coffee maker. There is also all the necessary dishes and a dishwasher. - The living room: * A dining area with a table for 8 people * A TV area with a sofa and coffee table.
