Apartment Scapaflow 1

Our apartment house Scapaflow offers our guests - 7 fully equipped accommodations in various sizes. The house is a new building and was opened in 2019. The house is approx. 500 meters from the Friedrichshafen Exhibition Center and about 3 km from the city center of Friedrichshafen. The bus stop is just 100 meters away. The space The apartments / rooms have fully equipped kitchenettes with a fridge, oven, stove, and a dining area. A toaster, kettle and coffee maker are also available. In addition, the apartments/rooms have satellite TV and a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. In the entrance area, a spacious foyer is at your disposal. Other things to note In the basement of the apartment building there is a table tennis table and a dartboard, which are available free of charge for our guests. PLEASE NOTE: The city of Friedrichshafen has a tourist tax. In return, the guest receives the "Echt Bodensee Card" (for information, see Tourist Information Friedrichshafen). The tourist tax is: High season 04/01 - 10/31: Adults €2.80/night, children and adolescents (6 to 18 years) €1.40/night Low season November 1 - March 31: Adults €1.70/night, children and adolescents (6 to 18 years) €0.85/night The following are exempt from the tax, for example: • Children up to the age of 6 • Business travelers (proof) The amount due is payable in cash upon check-in.
