The space Everything has been designed to ensure you have a relaxing stay... simplicity by the sea, everything is there... You will have a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, all cutlery and cooking utensils... Two outdoor spaces with garden furniture, parasol..., washing machine, 2 deckchairs, 2 Chilean chairs, and a barbecue with charcoal. You will be in a private subdivision, in a beautiful wooded setting, and in front of the house 1 parking space (free) for your vehicle. Fiber/Wi-Fi internet connection Bookings in high and very high season are only available from 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday, the rest of the year the rental is at least 2 nights. (However, you can make a request to me if you want to adjust, or make a special request). Bathroom linen: bath towels, shower towels, dish towels, garbage bag, and the first maintenance and usage products are included. Optional services: * Housekeeping Package: The accommodation must be returned perfectly tidy and cleaned, vacuumed as well as the floor washed, any failure will be charged according to the rates below taken from the security deposit. To be serene, you can take the cleaning package whose terms are as follows: 2 nights: €50, 3 nights: €60, 4 nights: €80, 5 nights and more: €120 (to be paid on arrival) * Rental of sheets + pillowcases (minimum duration of 7 days): Sheets are not provided when booking. However, you can request the service for €6 per room per night, up to a limit of €30 per room (to be paid on arrival). * Pets: €40 a weekend, and €60 from 3 nights (only on request and with our permission, to be paid on arrival) * Recharging the vehicle with domestic power is prohibited without authorization (to be exchanged possibly for a flat rate). * Key box: Depending on the days and/or times, as well as late check-ins, you can, at our request or yours, make an independent check-in.
