2/4 person cottage on the second floor of a family home. Very comfortable, quiet with Wi-Fi internet. Its direct and independent entrance to the garden allows you to come and go as you please. It is close to Montignac-Lascaux and the Lascaux 4 Wall Art Center (2.5 km). For our cycling friends, I wanted to point out the presence of a significant hill on the 500 m before the arrival... The space The cottage has an equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, 2-burner induction cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster) and a bedroom with living area as well as a private shower room. It also has a small terrace where you can relax. Guest access Access to the cottage is direct, which leaves you completely free. You can also use the equipment located in the pine forest at the entrance to the property. Parking is available in the private parking lot in front of the property. Other things to note We provide bed linens and towels. We can offer you: • laundry at the rate of €6 per load (6 kg) • drying of linen at a rate of €8 per load (6 kg) We do not charge a cleaning fee, but ask that the accommodation be returned clean. We can optionally offer you final cleaning (does not include cleaning the dishes, kitchen and garbage disposal) at €45. We have chickens, geese, cats and dogs. You may come across them in our garden, they regularly walk freely in it.
