The maisonette has a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine, free wifi, 40' smart TV, independent heating/cooling system and a parking space. The property is located on Monolia beach, a quiet, almost private beach, 12 km away from Chios town and 2 km distance from Kallimasia village where there is super market, bakery and restaurants, and 10' walk from Agia Fotia beach, one of the most cosmopolitan beach of the island with cafe and night bars. A rich breakfast is available in the room with juice, fruits, bread, butter, homemade jams and honey and omelette/toast/doughnuts with an additional charge of €10/person.
