Bright New Apartment With Parking At The Center!

Experience Bulgaria's Capital City in our beautiful apartment in this dazzling brand new building. The space The apartment is located in a brand-new building in a central neighborhood of Sofia. The building features a brand-new accessible elevator, located just next to the apartment's parking spot in the building's garage, which is cool during summer and warm during winter. The door of the elevator also opens in front of the door of the apartment. Our guests can exit their vehicle, get in the elevator, and won't realize when they are inside the apartment! No noise of the elevator can be heard inside the apartment, that's good, it is! The apartment has a functional living room with a kitchenette including all the needed kitchen amenities, such as a new fridge, a new oven, a new coffee machine, coffee, a dining table, and more. On the other side of the living room, there is a new sofa, a living room table, a plasma TV with YouTube, a super quiet brand new air conditioner, and Wifi! The apartment also has a very big and decent balcony, a modern and new standard to big bathroom, and a bedroom including all the needed wardrobes and drawers, also including a new, super quiet air conditioning, and a brand new European King Bed! I have decided to keep the apartment simple in order for it to be functional and comfortable for every guest. Note! There is no Microwave! There is a potential for noise because of the closest boulevard if the balcony doors are open! Close the doors and use the new super quiet air conditioners for a warm during winter and cool during summer beautiful sleep on the brand new bed would be my advice. :)) (Don't hesitate to book!!) In case you are not in the mood for cooking, there are plenty of modern restaurants and healthy fast-food chains in the surroundings! You may always ask us for more details on everything in the apartment, around the apartment, or in all of Sofia in general if needed! We live just next to the apartment, so we can assist 24/7, and we will be more than glad to do so. On a 2-minute walk, you have the Mall of Sofia, the first mall of Bulgaria and the most notorious one, and you also have the metro on a 1-2 minute walk, where you can easily get to Sofia's airport or other more distant parts of the city! Park Vazrazhdane, the Newest Park of Sofia, is just a minute away from Mall of Sofia, where you can access many different sports entertainments such as a brand new aqua park, swimming pool, football court, tennis court, and more...
