The private pool (exclusive use) measures 9.30 x 4.00 m (depth 1.30 to 1.70 m) and comes with a pool house with toilet and a fully equipped summer kitchen. The outdoor area also includes a built-in barbecue, a petanque court, a ping pong table, children's games and garden furniture to fully enjoy sunny days. The vacation rental has 4 bedrooms, the layout of which can be adapted according to your needs, as well as an office with a single bed. Two bathrooms and a shower room are available, and linens are provided. The property also offers a 50 m² east-facing terrace, accessible from the bedrooms, to enjoy the rising sun, and a new petanque court lit by guinguette garlands, perfect for friendly and lively evenings.
