Fully outfitted, completely separate apartment on the lower level of a private home in Culpeper VA with own entrance. Tempurpedic Queen Mattress. Bidet. Walk to historic downtown, restaurants, breweries, indoor climb, movie theater & retail. Close to wine trail, Commonwealth Park & Blue Ridge Mtns. Fenced yard with grill. LGBT Friendly. Well behaved pets, FLEA & TICK free, healthy, are welcome to stay but not be left alone for long. Property is 100% smoke/drug free. No parties. NO EXCEPTIONS. The space The bedroom sleeps two but there is a couch in the apartment that can sleep one additional person. There is high speed Wifi and internet TV. There is an option of adding on a large room with pool table, giant screen TV and sleep sofa for up-charge of $50 per night. You will find those details in the other listing, Aron’s Place Plus. Maximum number of people in apartment is 3. Guest access The apartment is self contained. For an additional fee we can include a large den with big screen tv, pool table and sleep sofa/bedding. Other things to note There is internet TV in the apartment that is listed as Aron’s Place. Cable TV is available in the add-on option of the pool room/den (Aron’s Place Plus). There is WiFi access for all. The kitchen is fully outfitted with dishes, glasses, flatware, pots, pans, microwave, toaster oven and blender. There is a full size oven and refrigerator. I have two yappy dogs and two cats. You may hear them periodically. I am a marriage celebrant in the Commonwealth of Virginia, just in case you have come here to elope. I am also a novice glassblower, potter and basket weaver and can provide you with information for classes while you are in town. You will be within 1/2 mile walk, one way, of a grocery store, pharmacy, downtown shopping, indoor climbing facility and at least ten restaurants. From May - October the farmer’s market is a block away. Great hiking within 30 minutes drive.
