Air-conditioned vacation home 10 min. from the lake

A two-story 19th-century stone village house on the main village square. A self-contained apartment of 65 m2 on the second floor, fully restored (2020), is reserved for you in this house. It can accommodate up to 4 people (5 with an extra charge and sleeping in the living room). It is fully air conditioned, and each room is equipped with a split system. The space The accommodation consists of two independent bedrooms with bathroom each ( both bedrooms are equipped with a TV), a large living room of 35 m2, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, freezer refrigerator, microwave, gas hob, etc.). A mezzanine can accommodate two children (90 cm high). A click and click in the living room with its TV and DVD player. Quality sheets, blankets, duvets, towels and bath linens are provided as well as tea towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, soap, sponge, dish soap. You will find all the necessary products for end of stay cleaning at your disposal. The cottage is fully air-conditioned (reversible air-conditioning) bringing you the necessary freshness during heat spikes. You will find a small balcony on the front and a shaded terrace on the back equipped with a small electric barbecue with views of the scrubland and the village roofs. You can have your breakfasts and meals there and also enjoy nature in peace and serenity. The cottage was fully restored in 2020. All bedding is new and of high quality. Guest access Independent accommodation of 65 m2 on the 2nd floor. A free luggage storage service is available at the beginning or end of your stay. Any bulky items can also be stored (bike, stroller, etc.) in our garage. Parking is available 50 m from the house, but we will do what is necessary to free up a space for you at the foot of the vacation rental (except perhaps during village festivities, when it is more complicated depending on the concert schedule). The festivities take place at the foot of the plane tree facing the cottage. Other things to note You will have at your disposal two bathrooms and three TVs (one in the living room, one in each bedroom) A large table can serve as a dedicated space for remote work with Wi-Fi and for family lunch.
