Casual IAH~

Guest room available furnished with private detached bathroom (shared). In unit laundry is available (in garage) along with a backyard, and patio. This home is completely tile and newly remodeled. I do have 2 cats & 1 dog: indoor/outdoor. The space Close to Bush International airport (IAH), I-45, I-69, Highway 59, 2920, Hardy Toll Road, & 1960! Guest room available furnished with shared detached bathroom. In unit laundry is available, along with a backyard, and patio. This home is completely tile and newly remodeled. I do have 2 cats (declawed) and 1 dog: indoor/outdoor. Guests are expected to not regulate the thermostat without asking first. Must clean up after oneself, always. There is a cleaning caddy I have provided for the house underneath the kitchen sink. It is fully stocked for the kitchen, restroom, and multi surfaces, and floors. Guest has access to dining room, kitchen, restroom, and individual room. Living area is non accessible as the host uses quite a bit. No other pets or guests are allowed without written permission via the Airbnb app by the host. The yard guy, Rolando, comes every Saturday between 8am-1pm. He is very nice and loves Dr. Peppers. You are more than welcome to take my dog Zelda on a walk, her leash and harness are by the front door. My only stipulation is to pick up after her if she uses the restroom on the walk. My black cat does meow quite a bit, but he is just talking to everyone, that’s all. He is super friendly but it can be annoying at times. So I thought it would be good to mention. Guests are not permitted to feed any of the animals any form of food unless asking the host first. Other than that I am a very easy going person, however I do have to write a few details due to a previous experience. Quiet hours are between 7am-10pm. I only rent to individuals with a full time job or in school. Guest access Guests of Airbnb renters may not stay without hosts written permission via text, Airbnb message, email, messenger, etc. During your stay I love meeting and greeting new people and so do my animals. I am in graduate school so keep in mind if I am studying. I prefer guests stay in their room for the most part. :) Other things to note My home is not immaculate all the time. This is a home and I try to do my best always. My home is an everyday household. Yard guy comes on Saturdays from 8:00-12:00pm. Trash pickup Wednesday’s & Saturdays. Quiet Hours are between 10:00pm-7:00am.
