The space The property is located on a hill in Sestri Levante, at 190 meters above sea level, about 7 km from the town center and the beaches, as well as the train station, supermarkets, restaurants, and other amenities. It is approximately 10–15 minutes by car. A car is necessary to reach the house! Near the house there is a small public parking area for about 7 cars. The house is in a small village surrounded by nature, so guests should be ready to adapt a little and, if needed, park slightly farther away. The house is ideal for a large group, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests (with a maximum of 12 if needed). It is arranged over three floors and is fully equipped with appliances and everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Ground floor: Three open-plan areas separated by red brick arches, with a fireplace. A bathroom with a shower. A double sofa bed near the fireplace (useful if the group exceeds 10 people). The kitchen has everything needed for at least 12 people: oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, espresso machine, two moka coffee makers, etc. (We recommend using 1–2 appliances at a time, as the available power is 3 kW.) First floor: Three bedrooms with double beds. Two of these bedrooms also have an additional single bed. One of the bedrooms has a private shower and toilet. There is also another separate toilet on this floor. Second floor (attic): Two sleeping places and a panoramic terrace of 50 m². Outdoor areas: The property features two large terraces with a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea and surrounding hills.
