Seperate Garden room, ensuite& patio with parking

For those who want a bit more privacy our Garden Room is separate to our home, its across the garden. It has an ensuite, TV, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, microwave, fridge & patio area. All bedding is 100% cotton & a duck down/feather duvet. Smart TV with access to Netflix & Prime. 15 mins to Cork Airport, 5 mins to Ringaskiddy Ferry, Monkstown & bus to city (30 min) is 5 mins walk. The space The Cottage is set on a quiet country road but with the advantage of being near most amenities. Our home is set on 1/4 acre & the Garden Room is across the garden from the cottage giving guests plenty of privacy. There is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy afternoon tea & enjoy the sunshine, if you're lucky enough to get it in Ireland. Netflix & Amazon Prime available. There is a small shop & lovely local bar at the top of the road. (5 mins walk). Guest access Guests will have access to their bedroom, their bathroom & the garden. Basic breakfast ( teas/coffee, toast &cereal provided). Microwave provided if you need to cook. All towels , toiletries & bedding will be provided. Other things to note Garden room has a lockable front door
