The space This is a house with 3 flats and a 2.000 m2 green garden with the largest tree in the district. Your terrace overlooks this tree and a small pond with a bridge. Two bus lines are on the hill, number 237 on the street below us and 137 on the street above us. Service follows a precise timetable that makes their use convenient. You can buy a single ticket from the bus driver for 1.20 Euros (450 Forint) cash. Daily unlimited ticket is 6,50 Euros (2.500 Forint) or 3 days ticket is 14,50 Euros (5.500 Forint), which you can buy at the tram terminal (1,17,19,41) next to the GoBuda shopping center at the bottom of the hill. Downtown is 30 minutes by public transport or 10-15 minutes drive. Watch that in most locations you have to pay for parking until 22h, 1,60 Euro per hour (600 Forint) on the street, or 2-3 times more in a parking house. A small convenient shop is 200 meters walk and opened on Saturdays and Sundays as well. The large shopping center GoBuda is at the bottom of the hill with many shops including an Interspar supermarket that is open until 21h and a TESCO open until 22h including Saturdays as well. Guest access You are welcome to walk around in our 2.000 m2 garden full of trees including a 120-year-old horse chestnut tree which is the largest tree in the area. Your child is welcome to enjoy the extra high swing (careful with very small ones) or the sandbox (please close the cover after playing). Your dog has a large space for running or throwing balls at the lower part of the garden (please collect in plastic bags the drops). Other things to note Most of the time we will personally hand over the apartment to you, but sometimes we are not able to be there if you arrive very late. In this case, we put the keys in a coded lock that will be fixed to the gate. In this case, we will inform you about the code and the necessary guidelines for the house and your flat. Please note that there is no space next to the house to turn your car around so please drive down from the street backwards with your car.
