Hotel Costantini, Room with a Side View of the Cathedral

Hotel Costantini is a small hotel located in a historic building from the 1200s in the center next to the famous Duomo of Florence that can be admired from the window of the hotel lobby. We have been a family-run business since the distant 70s. Staying in our hotel there will be no problem exploring the city on foot as all the main attractions of the city, the shops, restaurants and the most famous places in Florence are all less than 10 minutes away on foot. The space The rooms of our Hotel are in Florentine style: authentic, with hand-made wooden furniture, Tuscan terracotta floors, arched doors, frescoed ceilings. From your room you can see the side facade of the famous Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore or the view of the rooftops and the upper part of the cathedral (facade and Giotto's bell tower). The accommodations are equipped with: Private bathroom, free WiFi, flat-screen TV, Air Conditioning, Heating, Sheets, Free Courtesy Set, Towels, Minibar, Safe, Hairdryer, Desk, Wardrobe, a tea area in the common area available 24 hours a day and a dedicated area for coffee available free of charge in the morning. The private parking nearby is open from 09:00 to 20:00 and costs 30 EUR per day, including the license plate download for access to the Limited Traffic Zone and the car pick-up and drop-off service (please ask us for more information when booking). The buffet breakfast is available separately in the restaurant terrace located on the first floor at an additional cost of 15 eur per person. Guest access Guests will have their own private hotel room but will be able to use the common areas of the hotel (TV room, relaxation area, coffee area...). Other things to note Following the regulations that are imposed by the municipality of Florence, every autumn we switch from air conditioning to heating and vice versa every spring. Therefore, only one of the services mentioned can be used. *Daily Cleaning: We offer a free daily cleaning service respecting the classic hotel service typical of all hotels. * We recommend to the city: We are at the complete disposal of all our guests to provide a paper map with tours and to recommend the best restaurants, bars, cafes and local monuments.
