Studio in the mountains

An old-fashioned stone studio but with modern features. Come and get a good night's sleep, without noise (even the rooster doesn't get up too early). You can relax quietly and take good walks in our nearby mountains or immerse yourself in a good book. You can also cook or do nothing. Documents are in the studio if you want to visit the Ardèche and its surroundings. The space Independent studio in House. All in exposed stone for those who love the old, with every comfort. Bed 140. Only downside, -NARROW TURNING STAIRCASE- to go down to the room. 1 140 mattress + another 140 mattress in addition, at the top of the mezzanine that can accommodate children aged 6 and over (€10 + per child). There is a baby crib for a child who does not walk and a high chair. Guest access WIFI ACCESSIBLE. THE STUDIO INCLUDES: a kitchen with a small table and 2 transportable chairs in front of the studio to enjoy the sun. A mezzanine with 2 140 cm mattresses that can accommodate 2 other people or 2 children (€10 extra per adult or child). a bathroom with towel warmer, hairdryer, iron. A dining room with 4 chairs, an extendable table, a sofa, a TV. One bedroom with 2 chairs. All completely independent. Free parking available in the back of the house. You can temporarily stay in front of the studio path to load and unload your belongings. Other things to note House in the countryside. Cows, goats, sheep, donkeys, chickens. We do not accept pets because guard dogs can be aggressive. Also, dogs that do not find their lair may not be clean (verified on several dogs or cats to whom I had granted the visit) We have chickens nearby to which you can give your food waste.
