Our home is set up with a Schlage lock electronic key pad entry system. We provide you with a personalized code to enter at the door and you're in. This 4-digit code will be yours to use to access the house for the duration of your stay. It's super easy and no keys to lose. You will have access to everything–from the coffee to the rooftop deck–we want you to feel like this is your home away from home. Other things to note --IMPORTANT: Please note that on all bookings on platforms other than Airbnb there is a deposit of up to $1000.(Please inquire for the exact ammount) This is to cover any potential damages to the home or property. Deposits will be refunded the day following the day of check out minus the cost of any damages. Guests will be notified of any damages and documentation for any deductions will be provided. This will be processed as a separate payment but can be made with the same payment method or a different payment method based off guest choice. Due to the possibility of back-to-back guests, we may not always be able to accommodate early check-ins. However, you’re welcome to reach out on the morning of your reservation, and we’ll be happy to check with our team at that time! -- This private flat is NOT wheelchair accessible -- This house has one full bedroom and one pull-out sofa -- Commercial video and photo shoots are strictly forbidden without prior and authorized consent.
