The Ascent - a charming condominium in Thao Dien

The Ascent Condominium is a charming apartment complex situated in the heart of Thao Dien, renowned as a hub for the European expat community. My apartment is on the 18th floor, boasting breathtaking vistas of the Thao Dien locale and Saigon river. - 10% discount for minimum stay of 7 nights - 30% discount for minimum stay of 28 nights - Airbnb guest service fee is also cheaper if you book more than 28 nights. The space - The 1st master bedroom includes: (1) a queen bed 1.6m x 2m, (2) aircon and (3) its own bathroom with a drop-in bathtub. - The 2nd (smaller) bedroom includes (1) a single bed 1.4m x 2m and (2) aircon. - The Living room has TV, Aircon, bathroom/restroom/big dinning table - A small 2m x 2m balcony is next to the kitchen and has a washing machine. There is also a spare separate thick mattress 1.6m x 2m, which you can bring and use it in the living room. Free access to 3 swimming pools on level 5: 2 swimming pools for adults (1 hot water and 1 cold water) and 1 pool for children. Guest access 24/7 self-access, no curfew. Other things to note (1) Bring your own towels: I have decided not to provide towels due to hygiene reason. There are 2 big supermarkets nearby my apartment where you can easily buy your own towels. Cost is USD3 - 5 maximum for a good bath towel. (2) Check-out instructions: - Check out before 11 AM - Remove all of your food/drink from the fridge - Clean all your dishes and put them back where you took them out - Collect all the garbage and put them all in the bin - Place your used towels on top of the washing machine - Turn off all lights/aircon - Leave all keys on the table Please note in case you don't have time to clean up, I will kindly ask you to settle the cleaning bill of USD20 to pay for hiring the cleaner. (3) Power/Electric consumption: For guests with monthly bookings, I will cover power bills up to USD50 only. If your usage exceeds this, I would like to ask for your help to settle the additional amount kindly.
