'La Rondine di Mare' is a charming villa set in an acre of Mediterranean countryside that boasts spectacular sea views. It is peacefully located on a quiet road not overlooked by other properties. The house is very big and nicely divided so that everyone has some private space. It comes with access to a private beach club, 'Cala Piccola'. A family's summer home with a homey feel. The property has recently been renovated, turning it into a stunning holiday rental. The space A very spacious villa (300m2), built on two levels giving an increased feeling of space and privacy. Spectacular views over the sea towards the islands of Giglio, Elba and Giannutri. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole villa. There is wifi and Sky TV. Free access to Cala Piccola's private beach club for 1-6 persons. The beach club has fantastic facilities including a snack bar and restaurant (which you can dine at during the day or at night), and a play area for the kids. The beach is accessible by walking, or is a 5 minute drive from our villa, there is also a free bus shuttle service during the peak seasons from the nearby Hotel La Torre. Other things to note Minimum rental is 1 week. We have provided lists of local attractions, the best restaurants, and places to visit in the area. You will need a car for this part of Tuscany. The nearest town, Porto Santo Stefano, is an 18 minute drive down the mountain!
