This unit is across from the Edgewater Hotel, south of Doctor’s Pass, and close to charming downtown — in the most sought after location in Naples, “Miracle Mile”. Everything you need for a perfect stay in paradise you will find here. We require a minimum stay of 30 days but prefer longer stays in season. This condominium has lovely grounds, is quiet and is well-maintained. There’s a lovely pool, a large grill if you feel like cooking outside, and a dock to fish from if you’re an angler. Enjoy sunrises from your lanai, sunsets from your bedroom - or walk across the street to the beach and enjoy a sunset cocktail. We purchased this unit to use for family and to rent out no more than twice a year to visitors. A top to bottom renovation was completed in September 2023 - floor to ceiling and wall to wall - with all new furnishings. The HOA requires a lease agreement for your stay - a practice which insures that owners and visitors alike have an enjoyable experience while in residence. You must complete the rental application and forward it with the $100 fee for HOA approval.
