Our flats are located in a residential complex on a hill, close to the beach and offer stunning views of the sunset, the sea and the mountains. Due to increasing demand, we also offer monthly options for winter, for those guests who prefer to stay in a quiet environment. Other things to note -Being on a hill, it is above sea level and offers wonderful views, but some part of the the walk back from the beach is a bit steep. A rental car is recommended for easier access to the surrounding area... Site rules must be followed and the most important thing is to shower every time you use the pools to ensure general hygiene. -Electricity consumption is NOT INCLUDED in the price, it is calculated at check-out according to metre reading and charged according to the electricity supplier's tariffs. -A deposit of 300 euros will be charged, which will be returned to you at check-out
