POOL & HOT TUBS: ** SEE ABOVE NOTICE** The Keystone Neighborhood Community (KNC) swimming pool and hot tubs are shared amenities for the Silver Mill, the Dakota, and the Buffalo Lodge guests. You are welcome to use ANY of them. Look for POSTED SIGNS and remember to comply with rules and restrictions. AIR-CON/HEATING: Silvermill units are equipped with efficient Baseboard Heating. There is NO Air Conditioning in any units in the village. Feel free to open windows and the balcony door for refreshing mountain air to help cool you down! This condo is more than a mountain condo in Keystone's River Run. It is a ski-in / ski-out village oasis! Enjoy a cozy, and calming getaway, or a festive retreat with endless activities! The unit has a secure, underground heated garage with one parking space (1 VEHICLE MAX). You are just at the base of the ski slopes, where you can also enjoy biking, hiking trails, food, nature, and fresh mountain air. Not the outdoors type? Stay close and enjoy escaping in one of the many hot tubs, or stay in the unit for some much-needed relaxation. LOCATION AND AMENITIES: This property is located in the Silvermill Building. The main village gives access to several other lodges, you can enjoy their game rooms and facilities as well. The condo comes with access to a Ski locker, an outdoor heated pool, and several hot tubs located just downstairs. KITCHEN: The kitchen in this unit comes fully equipped with all the appliances you might need to cook. Enjoy anything from a small breakfast to a Thanksgiving dinner! Enjoy the Keurig Duo-Plus coffee maker (K-Cups Included in cabinet), a Breville large slice toaster, and a Ninja Blender for breakfast smoothies! BEDROOM: The bedroom is comfortable and perfect for relaxing on your vacation. The bedroom has direct access to the bathroom, a 43-inch Smart TV, and the most amazing slope views! The King size bed has a new Nectar mattress – simply the perfect place to unwind and prepare for another fun day on the mountain! DINING AREA: Located near the fireplace; the dining area has a round table that seats 4 people and one space near the bar top. Enjoy a home-cooked meal or play a games with the group at the table. Slide the table and chairs away to use the secondary wall bed (aka Murphy bed), also fitted with a new Nectar mattress! LIVING ROOM: The living room features a beautiful electric-gas fireplace and a 55-inch Smart TV with the premium cable provided by Xfinity. There is also free wireless internet. The third sleeping option is the new Room&Board Couch that transforms into a queen plus sleeper bed. Use the blinds and curtains to blackout the light as necessary. BALCONY: Directly off the living room, access clean mountain air on the private balcony! Here you can enjoy the breathtaking views of Keystone's main ski slopes, surrounding mountains and trails, and Silver Mill hot tubs, all while overlooking the village courtyard! SLEEPING: The unit sleeps 6 comfortably – 2 in the bedroom (king-sized), 2 on the wall bed (aka Murphy bed), and 2 on the pull-out sleeper sofa. The unit is 670 sqft and designed to maximize this space, It may feel tight with 5+ adults, depending on how much much luggage is brought with you. Hotel quality linens and hypoallergenic, 100% organic cotton blankets are used on all beds. BATHROOM: The bathroom can be accessed from the living room, or privately from the bedroom, and features a combination shower/tub, stocked with towels and an initial supply of sundries, Should you need more supplies, you will need to procure them at your expense. CLEANING: Cleaning is a flat fee that will be charged upon your departure. You can arrange additional mid-week cleanings for a nominal fee. This service is arranged by your Host and requires additional costs as well as a 24-hour advanced notice. HOUSE RULES: This condo is 100% NON-SMOKING including the balcony. This condo is 100% PET-FREE. This condo is NOT suitable for parties. The entire River Run village is a smoke-free and pet-free environment. The SilverMill building and the River Run village are entirely on Federal Land; the use of recreational or medical Marijuana is both forbidden and ILLEGAL. Keystone Resorts and Airbnb Hosts, fully cooperate in reporting any abuse or illegal activity to authorities. PARKING: A heated garage is located under the building and is limited to one (1) vehicle MAX. No additional spaces are offered in the Keystone River Run Village. Please note that Keystone River Run does not offer any additional overnight parking or parking facilities anywhere. There is an Overnight Parking lot by the Keystone Convention Center. Guests will be responsible to make arrangements if they arrive in/with more than one car. - TRAVEL AND UNEXPECTED EVENTS - REMEMBER THIS IS COLORADO! We highly recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance to help protect against non-refundable trip costs resulting from unforeseen circumstances and flight cancelations. Silver Mill IS NOT a Hotel and has no secure storage for parties whom arrive without a car, or are in need of Luggage handling Prior to check-in. It is up to the Guest to arrange accommodations for any needs prior to the 4pm check-in time. -NO EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT. This is a strictly enforced policy due to the new cleaning regulations. If housekeepers show up and you are still in the unit after 10:00 AM, rescheduling penalty fees are assessed through the cleaners, which will be passed on to guests resulting in additional charges of $80.00 per 30-minute period.
