The 3rd-floor bedrooms and basement will be locked and are not included in this listing. If you're staying long-term, there may be times I need to get in for garden tools or a snow shovel, but I will give you advanced notice. I'm only one block away and can assist when needed. Midtown is a beautiful historic neighborhood with friendly people, beautiful architecture, and great restaurants. • Enjoy art galleries at Susquehanna Art Museum, or a movie at Midtown Cinema - all within walking distance. • Shop at Broad Street Market, the oldest continuously operating farmers market in the country. • Explore the Midtown Scholar bookstore right around the corner. • Take in views of the beautiful Susquehanna River at Riverfront Park. Walk, Bike, or Ride: • Less than a 10 min walk to most places in Midtown. • Rent a bike from SusqueCycle bike share stations or Pedego Harrisburg. • Take Uber or Lyft to get around the city. • There are bus stops along 3rd Street. • Rent a local car from Turo • The train & bus stations are just a 20 min walk or 5 min car ride away. Order In: • Order food from Uber Eats, goPuff, Grubhub, DoorDash, and more. There is free street parking. Later in the evening, it will be more difficult to find a spot near the house. I have 1 parking permit for street parking. Permits are only required M-F 8-10am and 3-5pm. If you have more cars to park in those hours let me know. For long-term stays, you may access the 2 additional guest rooms on the 3rd floor for $40/night per room. These à la carte guest rooms are great for when you want to host some visitors for a weekend.
