South Bohemian comfort - attic room for 2

The attic room with two single beds is only for 2 people. It has its own bathroom, the kitchen is shared with the second room in the attic. You have your own fridge. This cozy, bright attic room with air conditioning will provide you with the perfect setting for your holiday. There are also three other similar rooms/studios in the same building. The space The house is in a quiet neighborhood near the pond and swimming pool, halfway to both the spa and the parks. In 8 minutes you are in the square or on the dam of the Svět pond. The price of accommodation includes towels, damask linen, toiletries and final cleaning. On the ground floor of the house there are 2 apartments. Each has a double bed, a sofa bed (for up to 2 more people), a kitchen, a bathroom, a TV, and Wi-Fi. In the attic there is a corridor with a kitchen that connects two rooms. In the room overlooking the garden and the Svět pond there is a double bed and a sofa bed (3rd person). In the second attic room there are 2 single beds. They both have their own bathroom. Maximum occupancy: 13 people Guest access The rooms on the ground floor each have their own kitchen, the attic rooms have a shared one. In the enclosed garden there is a bicycle shed, a seating area under a parasol and a barbecue. Parking in front of the house. There are 2 beautiful new playgrounds nearby. Cots, a dining chair and toys are available on request. During your stay After your arrival, we will accommodate you and then you can just enjoy the South Bohemian well-being and privacy. We do not live in the place.
