This unit is perfect for a guest or couple just passing through, visiting someone nearby, or needing a place while working in the area. Work or pleasure, you will enjoy this little gem. Located 1/4 mile from I-75, four miles to Husky Energy, five miles to Lima, across from a neighborhood restaurant, and close to quaint Cridersville. This is an apartment complex with AirBnB units available. This unit has a new queen sized bed. Unit is expected to be in the same condition upon leaving as check-in so we can keep the cleaning fee as low as possible. Only registered guests are allowed in the unit, up to two guests overnight. Parking is marked #10 in front of the unit next to the fence. Quite rural area with easy access to I-75. There is no public transportation, walking distance to Cridersville (gas stations, Dollar General, grocery). Conveniently located between Lima & Wapakoneta with interstate I-75 access. This is an older complex. It is not a five-star resort and Wi-Fi can get finicky during peak hours, but it is clean, cozy, and safe. Must be 25 years of age or older Must provide photo of a government-issued ID Used for quiet enjoyment One parking spot included - labeled with unit number Absolutely NO PETS. $50 fee if violated
