The space The residence (cottage) was an old coffee-shop (kafeneio) that has been converted into a two-storey house, minimally renovated in order to preserve its traditional and rural character. The house has a unique character, with cypress roof beams, antique tiles encompassed in cement. It has water tank in order to have self- efficacy for water supply. All house windows have screens. For heating there are radiators and a wooden stove.The house is situated high above the northeast coasts of Corfu, offering beautiful vistas to the sea and Albania, to the surrounding highland villages and their countryside, with a small cypress tree forest and olives groves, full of tranquillity. Other things to note Agrafi village contains coffee shops, and a grill tavern, and it is very safe for children to play and walk around. The nearest beaches are shallow and suitable for young children (Astrakeri, Acharavi, Sidari and Agios Spiridonas). Nearby to Agrafi there are a lot of traditional taverns, coffee-shops and bars.
